Stricklandgate Dental Practice Facilities

We have four fully equipped, state of the art treatment rooms which all have temperature control facilities. The latest digital X-ray imaging equipment is available in each surgery. This investment enables our clinicians to deliver high quality treatment in a safe environment.

Sterilisation and Disinfection

Sterilisation is an integral part of our practice. We have a dedicated separate sterilization room which ensures that all equipment is sterilised after every use. We aim to exceed the British Dental Association standards of cross infection control procedures.

Surgical treatment is provided at our practice. Implant surgery has been carried out for over 10 years. The nurses are trained to ensure all surgical treatment is carried out in a safe sterile environment.

Latest Technology

All dentists use custom made loupes for carrying out treatment. In addition we have a Surgical Operating Microscope, which gives high-level magnification and illumination for complex procedures and microsurgery.

Dr Satya Patel carries out guided implant surgery. This technique involves using a surgical guide to help assist in more accurate implant placements. Specialist software is required to merge cone beam CT scans with a virtual wax up of the final crown and bridge.

Training and Education

The dentists at Stricklandgate have continuously invested in their training and education. The clinicians attend lectures and courses, nationally and internationally. This ensures they are always up to date with the latest technology.

Dr Satya Patel also lectures on Implantology and mentors other aspiring dentists. Dr Satya Patel accepts referrals from dentists for root canal treatment, Implants and complex full mouth reconstructions.
